Passerina "Tertulia" Fattoria Giuseppe Savini

The Passerina "Tertulia" is a white fruity wine, is produced with 100% Passerina grapes grown in the hilly area 300 meters above sea level in the province of Teramo in the estate of Fattoria Giuseppe Savini. The harvest takes place at the end of September and the fermentation is done at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. The aging in bottle lasts at least 3 months before being put on the market.

The color is a bright straw yellow. The scent is delicate with hints of flowers and aromatic herbs. The palate surprises with freshness and flavor. the taste is balanced by softness.
