This bottle is sold in silk-screened Box, and Magnum 1,5 Liters.
The spectacular Selida Gewürztraminer of Tramin wine is honored by the DOC certification with the Südtirol ceretification. It is used 100% Gewürztraminer grapes exposed at south-east on very steep soils. The cultivations are located at 300-500 meters above the sea level. The soil is calcareous with clay and pebbly. The climate conditions have a very strong contrast with warm days for the Mediterranean Sea and cold nights for the mountains. The Selida river means “little farm”. This name honors the little farmers of this area and it is a reference point for the Tramin Winery. It takes place the manual picking and the grapes are softly pressed. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 18°C. Finally, the maturation and aging for at least 6 months also occur in steel tanks. The profit is 50 hl per hectare and the aging can lasts 10 years.
Characteristics of this Gewurztraminer "SELIDA " wine
It has an intense straw yellow color with gold reflections. The smell has rose, lily and spicy white flowers aromas together with exotic fruits hints such as mango and maracuja. The taste is deep, spicy, aromatic, fresh and persistent.

The white wine Tramin Selida is perfect with fish starters, smoked courses, aged soft cheeses, white meats, sward fish or with sea food. It is perfect with the oriental food. It has also an exceptional perfect match which is with the grilled red or white meat. It has to be served in a high and wide wine glass at 8°C.
