Wine description

The red Vigneto Cialdini vineyard of the production company Cleto Chiarli has the DOC Lambrusco Grasparossa certification of the Emilia Romagna region, important area suitable for the wines renowned all around the world. The red wine has a deep color and an intense but not excessive scent. It is the union between softness and austerity, and it can expresses the typicality of its territory.   There is the traditional pressing and the maceration lasts at least 36 hours at 10°-12°C. It follows the racking off of  the must and the refrigeration. The slow maceration allows the re-fermentation with the “cuve close” method.

The proof is 11%.
