It is floral, elegant and rigorous. It has many aromas and a balance relation between acidity and structure for a wine not easy and very intense. The "Fondatore" wine ferments in bottle with the ancestral method has to be served at 12°C or maximum 14°C. It is perfect with pasta, tortellini, boiled meats, cold cuts and local medium or long aged cheeses.
