Weinbeschreibung
"Pedra Scritta" by Cantine Antigori comes from mainly Carignano grapes, and small percentages of Bovale and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the vineyards located in Capoterra, in the province of Cagliari. After the manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed; the must that is obtained is harvested in stainless steel tanks for fermentation at 22 C a.s. and then maceration sur lies.

On the organoleptic examination, this Sardinian wine shows an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose evokes scents of myrtle berries and Mediterranean maquis. On the palate stands out a strong alcoholic component, accompanied by fruity elements.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Antigori winery
It goes perfectly with roasts, as usual, red meats and stews. The optimal serving temperature is 16 º C in a glass not very wide.
