This sensational wine represents the best using of the Chardonnay grapes. This is a very quality wines defined in the company the “star”. The chardonnay used as single variety can express their charm by resulting fulfilling and suggestive. The grapes are cultivated in Maso Painizza territory. In the Trento DOC certification area the chardonnay grapes are manually picked when ripen at the half of September. The soil is located at 500-600 meters above the sea level. The aging occurs on selected yeasts and lasts 10 years.

The proof of the Cru Riserva del Fondatore Ferrari is 12,5%. It has a bright yellow color with wide gold reflections and the perlage is very fine with a long persistence. The perfume has some fruits aromas typical for the Chardonnay, together with honey, white chocolate and spices with citrons flavors all coming from the long aging period. The taste is velvety, elegant and harmonic. It is remarkable the fruit and the acacia honey. Long persistence.
