This red wine from the Veneto winery Domìni Veneti is made from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and other grapes in smaller quantities. The grapes are grown on the hills surrounding Verona, at altitudes ranging from 100 to 350 meters above sea level on clay and limestone soils. Harvesting in late September leads to a careful selection of the finest bunches, which are then dried for approximately two months to achieve greater concentration. This is followed by pressing, destemming, and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25°C, with maceration for approximately 10 days. The final aging phase involves aging in wood.

Upon tasting, it displays a ruby red color. The bouquet is complex, reminiscent of red fruit notes such as cherry and hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is slightly spicy and has a long finish.
