Wine description
This Champagne Brut Rosè “Apanage” comes from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes with the addition of a small part of Pinot Noir vinified in red which gives the characteristic bright pink color. The permanence on the lees in the bottle has a duration of 42 months.
Characteristics of this Champagne
The organoletic examination shows a bright pink color and a very fine and persistent bubble. On the nose there are hints of currant and berries. On the palate it is endowed with structure, elegance and a nice savory vein.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Champagne
This Champagne is excellent with all fish-based dishes, even structured ones. To be served at a temperature of 6-8°C in a tapered glass.
