The Maison Lanson, originally from Reims in the north east of France, is one of the oldest Champagne producers: it was founded in 1760 and its name was chosen as a tribute to the English royal house, as great enthusiasts as well as consumers. It should be emphasized how pioneering is the role that this Maison plays in the production of rosé: this champagne in fact comes from a blend of red, rosé and white wines from the best crus. After the harvest, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel with subsequent refermentation in the bottle as required by the Champenoise method.
