Alpi Retiche Bianco OPERA Mamete Prevostini

This Alpi Retiche Bianco Opera from the Mamete Prevostini Winery is made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc and Incrocio Manzoni grapes grown in the vineyards located in the province of Sondrio in the municipality of Postalesio, 400 m asl, or in the area of the denomination Alpi Retiche IGT. After the manual harvest in the second half of September, the grapes are pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes 5 months in oak.
