"Il Lascito" of Cantine del Notaio is a red wine produced in limited edition (only 1998 bottles, ie the year of foundation), obtained from a blend of the best wines of Cantine del Notaio produced since 1998. The aging takes place in wood and at the right maturation undergoes the passage in steel.

Aglianico "IL LASCITO" DOC in Box's features

On the organoleptic examination, this wine shows an intense red color. The nose is all an explosion of red fruits such as cherries and sour cherries but spicy notes, leather, tobacco, vanilla and dark chocolate. In the mouth the tannins are very fine, the finish is striking for clarity and persistence.

An excellent wine to pair with important red meat and game dishes, mature cheeses and important meats. The wine should be served at a temperature of 17ºC in large glasses.
