Furore Bianco DOC MARISA CUOMO

From the wise and conscientious vinification in a blend of 60% Falanghina and 40% Biancolella grapes. The origin of the valuable vines is that of the area of Furore and neighboring municipalities, Amalfi Coast. The harvest develops in the first decade of October Manual harvest management. Vinification follows with the grapes harvested manually arrive in the cellar intact, after destemming and crushing are subjected to soft pressing. Characteristics of this Campania wine
