Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva "Il Nocio"’s features
The Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva "IL NOCIO" of Boscarelli winery, is produced with the vinification of Sangiovese grapes only, from different vineyards vinified separately. The wine ages for half in small casks and the rest in large casks from 18 to 24 months, The final cut is made at the end of aging using different percentages of the individual cuvées. It has an intense ruby color and aromas of cherry plum and skin enriched with smoky notes. Elegant tannins. A bottle that has an excellent aging potential.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Tuscan red wine
Perfect with pasta dishes rich in sauce, such as Tagliatelle with meat sauce. It also goes well with white dishes as long as they are structured with mushrooms and sausages. The main courses can be served with grilled meat or stewed meat. Pizzaiola meat is the ideal match. The wine should be served at a temperature of 17ºC in large glasses.
