This Spumante Trento DOC from Letrari winery is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested by hand and then left on the lees for at least 24 months. Letrari winery, founded in 1976 by Leonello Letrari and his wife Vittoria, has its origins in the territory of Vallagarina, Trentino Alto Adige: here the grapes grow on hills facing south but well ventilated, giving origin to wines of balance and roundness among which we find this Spumante Brut Metodo Classico.

The sparkling wine Trento DOC Brut is an immediate, ready to drink wine that surprises for its freshness. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the high hills give this wine a straw yellow color and its bubbles are fine and persistent, with hints of apple, pineapple and bread crust. The mouthfeel is balanced, clean and persistent.
Recommended pairings with this sparkling
It is a fresh and lively wine that goes well with the whole meal, especially with fish dishes with little structure. Excellent for toasting special occasions. This sparkling wine should be served at a temperature of 6/8 degrees in a tall and tapered glass.
