The vineyards are 15-20 years old and they are cultivated on slope morainic, loose and sandy soils which are exposed at west at 650 meters above the sea level which is a very hard cultivation. The vines are extended for 1 hectare and they are cultivated with the Guyot method. The trees density is 8000 units per hectares with an annual profit of 8000 kg per hectare. The manual grape harvest takes place in the second half of October. The fermentation lasts 10-12 days. The final aging lasts 6 months in bottles which are kept in the producer cellar. This particular and refined vine born in the main symbolic area of the winery where is located an ancient Middle-age tower of the XV century. These period the Aosta nobility built many castles and forts. At the end of the XVIII century the tower was used by the Savoy, Piedmont and Aosta duke Vittorio Emanuele, as personal apartment of the hunting.
