The Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso of the Livon Farm is located in the vineyards of the company located in the Municipality of Corno di Rosazzo, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The vine used is 100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso cultivated on soils of marl and clay. The harvest is done exclusively by hand in boxes, with soft destemming and subsequent fermentation on the skins for 18 days. The aging takes place for a 30% in barriques and the remaining in steel tanks at a controlled temperature; then it is reassembled and left to age for a long time in the bottle.
