Characteristics of this Brut Sparkling Wine

The color is a brilliant straw yellow. Perlage is quite fine and gives life to a persistent effervescence. Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is intense, frank, fine. A complex sparkling wine with hints of acacia, apple and wild flowers. In the mouth it is balanced, with well balanced sapidity and acidity.
