The Valbobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut "Bareta" is a wine produced in the Merotto cellar located in the San Martino col in the Valdobbiadene territory in Veneto. The grapes are 100% Glera. The single-variety winemaking and the fermentation are in autoclave for about 60 days by following the Charmat method.
Characteristics of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut
Esthetically it has a straw yellow color with a brilliant foam and a fine and persistence perlage. The scent is delicate with some flower and fruit flavors of citron and apple . The taste is intense and harmonic with a good balance and perseverant touch.
