Wine description
The Cabernet Sauvignon “Antica Fontana”IGT dell’Azienda Agricola Casa Divina Provvidenza was born from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from native grape varieties cultivated in the Company property by Neptune. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled maceration on the skins for about 60 days. It is aged in oak barrels for 24 months and then for a further 6 months in bottle.
Recommended pairings while tasting this red wine
It is best appreciated served in goblets of medium size and temperature of 18-20°C; skip their quality if decanted for at least an hour before being drank. Goes well with Tagliata red meat, rice and bucatini amatriciana.
