Franciacorta Saten "Raffa" DOCG in Box CA' DE PAZZI

A terrific Franciacorta DOCG from Lombardy which is the result of 100% Chardonnay grapes. The origin is the classic one of central Lombardy, in the heart of Franciacorta DOCG. The harvest includes selection and transport by hand from the second week of August. Vinification after soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature (16°C). In the foam process, the wine destined for Saten is characterized by a lower addition of sugar in the liqueur de tirage compared to Brut; the result is a greater delicacy and finesse of the foam. Aging in bottle on the lees for a minimum period of 24 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15°C.

Franciacorta Saten "Raffa" DOCG's features

The wine shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has notes of citrus and sweet spices. The taste in the mouth the hints of bread wrap the sip with a softness that does not forget.
