Ferrari Perlé Rosé DOC in Box Ferrari

This fantastic Perlé Rosé is produced by the incomparable Pinot Nero grapes vinified in Rosé. In its perfume it is characterized by delicacy and wide fruity aromas. The Trento DOC certification enriched its typcalness and the connection with the territory and it confirms the kind and refined character. The blend is made of 80% Pinot nero and 20% Chardonnay grapes. All the vineyards of the Lunelli family are manually picked in September. The aging period lasts 5 years when the wine rests on selected yeasts. The vineyard are located at the feet of the Trento mountain at 600 meters above the sea level. They are exposed at South-east and South.

Characteristics of this sparkling wine Ferrari

The proof of the Perlé Rosé wine is 12,5%. It has an old pink color and a very fine perlage long persistent. It has a typical floral bouquet joined by unripen red undergrowth fruits aromas such as currant and raspberry. The taste is elegant and velvety. The great structure let emerges the Pinot nero, then the spices, the almond and finally the yeasts hint reminds the Chardonnay. On the palate it is harmonic and persistent.

Suggested pairings with the Ferrari Perlé Rosé

The Perlé Rosé wine is perfect with grilled vegetables and snacks flavored with olive or vegetables pâtés. It is very good also with artichokes stuffed with meat and bread. It has to be served at 14°C in a Ballon wine glass.
