Ferrari Perlé Nero DOC in Box Ferrari

This is first and unique Blanc de Noir wine of the Ferrari company. This is 100% Pinot Nero. This is a millesimato wine coming from a careful and long research on those grapes located at the feet of the Trento mountain in Villa Margon, Maso Orsi and Maso Valli at 400 meters above the sea level. This is unusual and charming. It is honored by the Trento DOC certification coming from the Pinot Nero grapes manually picked in September. The aging occurs on selected yeasts for 6 years.

Characteristics of the sparkling wine Ferrari Perlé Nero 

The proof of the Perlé Nero wine is 12,5%. The color is a bright gold with a very fine perlage and a long persistence as for the Ferrari tradition. The perfume starts with very complex ripen fruits aromas together with bread, almond with a good remarkable acidity. Greatly sapid and creamy, with an enveloping and majestic final.

Suggested pairing with this sparkling wine

It is a great wine for appetizer or alone. It is also very good with fish courses both grilled and in humid. Perfect with crustacean. It has to be served at 10°-12°C in high and tapered wine glasses.
