The Champagne Brut AOC "Collection 243" represents the absolute novelty of the famous maison Louis Roederer. It is the result of the blending of base wines obtained from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, with the contribution of 34% of reserve wines from 6 different vintages, aged in wood. The fermentation in the bottle is followed by a stop on the lees at least 4 years before disgorging. A complex Champagne, powerful and vertical, a new chapter in the search for taste without compromise.
