A straw yellow colour, with a fine and dense perlage. The nose expresses beautiful notes of rennet apple, fresh fruit and acacia honey. The taste in the mouth is relaxed to confirm the elegant fruity sensations perceived on the nose and adds a slightly savory note to the pleasant residual sugar that distinguishes it.
