Wine description
The red Barbera sparkling IGT of the winery Riccardi, located in Casino Soriasco, S. Maria della Versa, in the Oltrepò Pavese area, comes from 100% Barbera grapes, grown in vineryard Pizzocorvo. The vinification is preceded by a maceration of 5-6 days to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C, with a second fermentation in autoclave. Refinement in the tank for 3 months.

The color is ruby red. The aroma is fruity, delicate and lively to the palate.
Recommended pairings while tasting this red wine
Serve in goblets of medium size and temperature of 16-18°C. It is a perfect companion to boiled meats and traditional dishes.
